Standard Of Procedure Hiking


Before we proceed to the top of the mountain peak, there will be a procedure to be followed in order to avoid any accidents accidental to climbers. The Standard of Procedure is designed to keep climbers on track, maintain forest cleanness and also mentally and physically preparing for climbers.


There are five procedures that have been coordinated by Gunung Ledang Lagenda Forest Park. Among them is the registration, before starting the climb, climbing, after the climb and the last payment claim.

Registration
Climbers are required to complete all payments to avoid difficulties.
Deposit payment is also charged for keeping the forest clean.

Before Climbing
The Guide is required to make sure the list, insurance and procurement form (tagging in) are completed and correct.
The guide also needs to provide climbers and climbers briefings.
Guide needs to comply with the ethics and rules behind the guide pass.
Only the military with the purpose of training is allowed to climb without the aid of a guide.
 Guide should inform the relevant post guard if the climbers cross over the top for security purposes.

While Climbing
Guides leading up to climbing groups are required to record a collection of results and climbers' entry on that day.
Provide first-aid equipment for initial assistance in the event of an accident while climbing.
Contacting the guide if necessary to inform climbers' position and location.

As you climb
Check out the tagging out.
In case of loss will be charged a fine of RM5 per item and the waste deposit will be returned.
Ask climbers to fill in the visitor's assessment.
The Guide is required to provide a written or written report to the Legendary Forest Park office if there is a problem such as if there are obstacles on the climb, forest cleanness and climbers who violate the National Park regulations and so forth.

Claim payment
Returning climbers' garbage if no mistakes are made.
Return the pass guide.
Fill up the log guide book in the office.
